About the Location:

Situated in the heart of London, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane offers a unique blend of modern luxury and classic elegance. Our rooftop spa, sun-drenched rooms, and al fresco terrace provide breathtaking views of Hyde Park and the city skyline.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Front Desk Supervisor to join our Front Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team during shift, welcoming and registering guests, and responding to a wide range of guest requests.

Your Role:

As a Night Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and providing exceptional guest service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and registering guests, explaining hotel amenities and services, and establishing credit or method of payment
  • Responding to guest requests, resolving issues, and adding personal touches to enhance their experience
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
