About the role:

We are seeking a Night Front Desk Supervisor to join our Front Office team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. As a Night Front Desk Supervisor, you will lead the team during shift, welcoming and registering guests to the hotel, explaining the accommodations, and establishing credit or method of payment.

Your responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register guests to the hotel, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth check-in experience.
  • Lead the Front Desk team during shift, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
  • Respond to and resolve a wide range of guest requests, accurately assessing their needs and adding personal recommendations and touches.
