Supervisor of Front Desk Operations

Meliá Hotels International S.A. is seeking an experienced customer service professional to fill the position of Supervisor of Front Desk Operations at Meliá White House.
As a key member of the hotel team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service and that the front desk is run efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities will include supervising and organizing all staff on the duty shift, ensuring that all special requests for regular guests, VIPs, and groups are actioned, and assisting the Reception Management team in implementing new procedures and coordinating training.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a supervisor in a related industry, fluency in English, and knowledge of the Opera system.
