Front Desk Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk, Guest Relations, and other related areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Front Desk, Guest Relations, and other related teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operation, including planning, organizing, and controlling resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all team members adhere to our high standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
