Front Desk Operations Manager

The Front Desk Operations Manager at Royal Caribbean Group is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and team performance. This role requires a strong focus on operational goals, training, leadership, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations to exceed hospitality industry standards.
- Lead a diverse team to achieve quality service standards.
- Communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests to resolve problems and negotiate amicable resolutions.
- Utilize progressive disciplinary action processes to improve performance.
- Work cooperatively in a dynamic team environment to meet established timeframes.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year front of house supervisory experience in a hotel, cruise line, or hospitality industry related field.
- Ability to deal with internal and external guests with discretion, patience, tact, and diplomacy.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
- Flexibility to manage and direct a positive, dynamic guest services operation.
- Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and software packages such as Microsoft Office.
- Completion of high school, basic or vocational education equivalency preferred.
- Working knowledge of US cash handling procedures and foreign exchange required.
