We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Il Gattopardo LTD.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our front desk operations, managing the reception team, and delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate the reception team to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Customer Service: Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate front desk coverage at all times.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the reception area, ensuring it is well-maintained, organized, and running smoothly.
