Purpose of the role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team at our Pall Mall clubhouse in London. The successful candidate will maintain the day-to-day running of the Reception, Concierge, Day Duty Manager, Nights, and Simms Centre operations, prioritizing member and guest satisfaction.

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes
  • Lead and mentor the front desk team, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment
  • Ensure high standards of service are consistently delivered, handling member inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
  • Monitor and manage room reservations, allocations, and amenities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless member experience

About you:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a luxury 4-5 star environment at front office supervisory or assistant management role
  • Experience in Opera systems is preferable
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Team player
