We are seeking an exceptional Front Desk Operations Manager to join our team at Red Carnation Hotels, a family-owned hotelier business with 18 stunning properties worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Lead a professional team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service standards.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through active monitoring and implementing effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the guests' stay, incorporating feedback and suggestions.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a Reception Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
