Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, and assigning rooms. You will also be responsible for setting up accurate accounts for each guest, entering Marriott Bonvoy information, and ensuring rates match market codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process guest check-ins and verify guest identity
  • Assign rooms and set up accurate guest accounts
  • Enter Marriott Bonvoy information and ensure rates match market codes
  • Secure payment prior to issuing room key and verify/adjust billing
  • Compile and review daily reports/logs/contingency lists
  • Complete cashier and closing reports
  • Supply guests with directions and property information
  • Accommodate guest requests and follow up to ensure requests have been met
  • Process all payment types, vouchers, paid outs, and charges

Requirements:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
