About the Role


As a Night Front Desk Supervisor, you will lead the team during shift, welcoming and registering guests to the hotel, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. You will also respond to, handle and resolve a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guests' needs and then adding personal recommendations and touches.
