About the role:

As a Night Front Desk Supervisor, you will lead the team during shift, welcoming and registering guests, explaining accommodations, and establishing credit or payment methods. You will respond to, handle, and resolve a wide variety of guest requests, accurately assessing their needs and adding personal recommendations and touches.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve guest requests, accurately assessing their needs and adding personal touches.
  • Lead the team during shift, ensuring seamless service and high standards.
