Job Title: Front Desk Team Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Front Desk Team Member to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and register guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Provide information and assistance to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests by providing high-quality services throughout their stay.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, taking into consideration their preferences and requirements.
  • Complete all tasks linked to the guest's arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures.
  • Handle phone calls and pass information on as necessary to other departments and team members.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
  • Friendly, approachable, and excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours essential.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Full training provided.
