Job Title: Front Desk Team Member
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Team Member to join our team at AccorHotel. As a Front Desk Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and register guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Provide information and assistance to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Contribute to the overall satisfaction of our guests by providing high-quality services throughout their stay.
- Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, taking into consideration their preferences and requirements.
- Complete all tasks linked to the guest's arrival and departure in compliance with internal procedures.
- Handle phone calls and pass information on as necessary to other departments and team members.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
- Friendly, approachable, and excellent customer service skills.
- Flexibility in working hours essential.
- Basic IT skills.
- Full training provided.
