Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and develop a global compensation framework that is competitive, equitable, and supports the attraction and retention of top talent.
- Oversee executive remuneration, ensuring that packages are competitive and aligned with company performance.
- Act as the subject matter expert on compensation and benefit-related queries and work with the wider HR team in further developing benefits awareness and understanding.
- Support the Reward and Benefits team with administration and reporting, including annual salary review, bonus, benefits administration, and benchmarking.
- In-depth technical and analytical compensation knowledge with a strong understanding of the relationship between compensation and achieving business objectives.
- Significant experience with Global Compensation & Benefits, preferably from a large, complex Financial Services global organization or Banking Sector.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience managing a team and collaborating with colleagues across the business.
- Well-cultivated critical thinker with a metrics-driven approach to all solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex global compensation information to influence team members at all levels of the organization.
