About the Job

This position requires a highly skilled and motivated Remote Sales Team Leader to join our UK sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth across the UK territory.

Samtec Europe Limited is a subsidiary of Samtec, Inc., a leading manufacturer of connectors and electromechanical components. We have over 40 sales locations and 12 production sites worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the UK sales team to achieve sales goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth across the UK territory
  • Conduct regular sales calls to top accounts and provide sales training
  • Travel throughout the region as needed to meet with customers and partners

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of £70,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
