About the Role:

Tops Day Nurseries is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Care Coordinator. This position will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our childcare facility, ensuring that every child receives the highest quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the team of childcare workers and educators in the room.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to staff, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities that support the developmental needs of the children.
  • Organize a daily routine that balances learning, play, and rest.

Requirements:

  • Early Years qualification (Level 3 or higher) in childcare.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in an early years setting.
