Clinical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Care Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Poole. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing patient care, administering treatments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient health, administering medications and treatments as required.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the relevant nursing board.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
