Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Care Coordinator - Nights. You'll be responsible for taking ownership of the well-being of our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals
  • Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for each of our residents
