The Adam Practice is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Correspondence Coordinator to join our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing clinical correspondence safely, ensuring that relevant entries are accurately coded in the patient electronic health record.
Key Responsibilities
* Process, scan, and screen all incoming medical letters and attach to patients' records
* Record diagnoses, procedures, and investigations, identifying any urgency, actions, and forwarding to suitable teams
* Organize and maintain the medical records of patients, merging, linking problem titles, and identifying complex or high-risk areas that require contribution or knowledge from the team leader or clinical team
* Other duties include recording results for national screening programs, administration related to patient recall systems, requesting pathology investigations, and general administrative tasks to support practice operations
Requirements
* Educated to GCSE standard
* A commitment to continuing personal and professional development
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
