Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Poole, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to customers, maintaining excellent service and adherence to delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and deliver goods to customers across various locations, ensuring safe and efficient transportation.
- Load and unload goods, handling items with care and attention to detail.
- Follow delivery routes and time schedules accurately, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition, adhering to company standards.
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Complete delivery records and paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Adhere to road safety regulations and company policies, prioritizing the safety of customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driver's license (Category B or higher).
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to handle and lift heavy items, with a strong emphasis on safety and well-being.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of customers and the business.
