Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to support the operations of our Parts Collection Point. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our logistics processes, meeting agreed service levels.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and process daily orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure warehouse and workshop areas are compliant with health and safety checklists.
- Process returns and facilitate transfer to RDC/NDC.
- Plan and coordinate logistics, ensuring effective documentation.
- Manage the warranty shelf and rotate stock after 3 months.
- Pack and dispatch tooling to engineers and overseas locations.
- Independence, self-motivation, and initiative.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- IT skills – DBS, WMS, SAP, MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- MHE Licence.
- Warehouse experience.
- Warehousing/Logistic Qualification (NVQ) desirable.
- Customer Service Experience.
- IOSH.
This is a 12-month Fixed Term position.
