About the Role:
We are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Social Care Service Coordinator to join our team at The Agincare Group. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the care home, ensuring efficient operations and excellent care standards
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
* Ensure accurate and timely recording of resident care, including progress notes and incident reports
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills

Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a social care environment, preferably as a senior carer or team leader
* Qualified to Level 3 in Health and Social Care (NVQ or equivalent)
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
