Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless patient experiences through attentive customer service.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and text messages, including follow-up conversations and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Support chiropractors with patient care and administrative tasks, including cash handling, inventory management, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 19 hours per week, including every Saturday morning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £9.00-£12.44 (rising after probation) + OTE of £135 bonus per month.
