Role Overview:

The Radiology Breast Service Manager is responsible for leading the development, coordination, and delivery of the Dorset wide Breast Screening Service and the Radiology Symptomatic Breast Services at Poole and Bournemouth Hospitals.

About the Job:

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work with the transformational and investment programme to create a new elective and planned care hospital in the local area. The successful candidate will have significant experience as a Senior Manager within Radiology and a proven track record of delivering end-to-end change in complex service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple teams and individuals managing complex service areas
  • Successfully manage budgets, including setting, monitoring, and actively managing variation
  • Ensure delivery of responsive, high-quality, and efficient services within available resources

Person Specification:

  • Significant experience as a Senior Manager within Radiology
  • Master level qualification in Radiology-related modules or extensive knowledge/experience

Estimated Salary Range: £65,000 - £80,000 per annum
