**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team at Ashley Court in Poole. As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities that promote the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

About the Role:

Your Responsibilities:

  • To plan and coordinate activities that promote social interaction, cognitive stimulation, and physical exercise among residents.
  • To work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to identify resident needs and preferences.
  • To maintain accurate records of resident participation and engagement.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in care or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 2-3 in Health and Social Care).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £12.20 per hour, which translates to approximately £24,600 per annum (based on a 33-hour working week). Other benefits include:
