Key Responsibilities


  • SUPPORT OUR CLIENTS: Providing tailored care plans and ongoing support to ensure our clients' needs are met

  • COORDINATE WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES: Building relationships with local authorities, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
  • DEAL WITH CONCERNS AND COMPLAINTS: Handling concerns and complaints from clients, families, or other stakeholders in a professional and empathetic manner

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:




  • A minimum of 12 months' experience in social care, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity
  • Sound knowledge of the social care sector and regulatory framework
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, with a flexible approach
