Hartford Care Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrator/Receptionist to join our care home team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality care services to our residents. About the Job
As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the care home, performing general reception and administrative duties, and providing support primarily to the Home Manager. This is a part-time position with a fixed working schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. You will be required to work closely with the care team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. If you have a caring nature and are able to work on your own initiative, this could be the perfect role for you.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a compassionate and caring nature, excellent communication skills, and the ability to use IT systems (including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook). You will also need good telephone manner, strong organisation and planning skills, and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. A flexible approach to working hours is also essential. This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Our estimated salary for this position is £25,000 per year based on market rates, location, and responsibilities.
