Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced CUSTOMER TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our team, responsible for managing relationships with major retail partners and developing strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, customer success, or technical account management, with a strong understanding of food safety and risk factors associated with food manufacturing.
Responsibilities will include:

- Providing hands-on technical support to ensure seamless integration and ongoing functionality of client products.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service.
- Tracking account performance and identifying areas for improvement.
The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
