Job Summary

As a Recruitment Coordinator with Elevation Recruitment Group, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for various internal roles. This will include screening job applications, conducting phone interviews, and arranging first-stage interviews. You will also be responsible for identifying top talent and securing passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, careers fairs, and events. Additionally, you will need to understand market trends for your business areas and develop key insights to present to stakeholders to ensure the attraction of the right talent.
