**About The Role**:
As a HR Operations Assistant you will support our HR Operations Manager and the wider HR team in a variety of tasks and projects across the department.

Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Tracking and reporting on project progress across the HR department and wider People Team
- Ensuring project stakeholders remain up to date on deliverables
- Assist the HR Team with administration duties during project down time
- Assisting in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and Company standards
- Provide support in resolving HR system queries to ensure a smooth operation and user support
- Generate comprehensive reports on various HR data to provide insights and support decision-making for stakeholders

**About You**:
**Desired Skills and Knowledge**:

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A confident communicator and eagerness to work with others
- Ability to work independently and prioritise work
- Good report writing capability, being able to clearly articulate progress, risk and issues
- Experience in HR or knowledge of the function is preferable
- Proficiency is coordinating projects
- Relevant qualifications, such as PRINCE2/ Agile are beneficial
