**About The Role**:
It is an exciting time to join Wren Kitchens. We are currently embarking on a rapid period of growth as we open showrooms across the USA. This business growth means that we need to expand the Retail HR Team.

You'll work with colleagues in the HR Team and Retail Management, to ensure a high quality and consistent HR service.

This role is fully based in the UK but supporting USA operation only. You may be asked to support UK HR functions to develop HR skills and assist with workload. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- HR administration duties such as processing starters, leavers, changes, holiday management, timekeeping and similar tasks
- First point of contact for any related queries
- Participate in disciplinaries, grievances and appeals taking notes and all the related administration
- Assist with absence management, which includes ensuring all self and medical certificates are received
- Working with IT support
- Creating various reports for managers such as headcount and attendances
- Ensure all correspondence is kept up to date and sent out in a timely manner
- Manage staff discounts and recommend a friend scheme
- Additional duties and requests set by your Line Manager

**About You**:
**Desired Skills & Knowledge**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT skills including MS office and Adobe
- Good organisational skills, ability to prioritize and self-motivate
- Previous administration experience is preferred
- Previous HR experience is desirable but not essential
