**About The Role**:
As a Junior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Advisor in ensuring the delivery of a professional HR Advisory service. You will assist the HR Advisor in managing all people related projects and issues, to drive forward the people agenda and encourage the development of effective people managers across the business area.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the HR Advisor in managing a varied caseload of employment relations (ER) issues
- Act as the first point of contact for line-managers and take ownership of handling basic HR queries, escalating and supporting the HR Advisor with more complex issues
- Support the HR Assistant in managing long term absence
- Attend key business area updates and management meetings alongside the HR Advisor.
- Support the HR Manager and HR Advisor with HR related project work from time to time.
- Collate HR data and produce monthly reports on key HR metrics

In addition toany other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you haveread, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Healthand Safety, and your responsibilities located in the IntegratedManagement System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

**About You**:
**Desired skills and knowledge**:

- Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HR Assistant or similar HR related role.
- Excellent communication skills
- A full UK Driver’s License / a willingness to travel to and work from other sites is essential for this role.
- A CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
