The HR Project & Systems Manager is responsible for managing HR initiatives and optimising the PeopleXD HRIS to support strategic HR goals.
This role splits time between leading HR projects, from planning and execution to quality assurance, and serving as the main point of contact for PeopleXD, enhancing system functionality, automating processes and providing data-driven insights.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors, the HR Project & Systems Manager ensures effective project delivery, seamless system integration and a streamlined, user-friendly HRIS experience.
The role will be based out their Barton-upon-Humber offices, with occasional travel to manufacturing sites.
It's primarily an office-based role, but does come with one day per week, working from home.
HR Operations Manager - Main Responsibilities - Lead HR projects from start to finish, including process improvements, policy updates, and employee engagement.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resources, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and alignment with strategic HR goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks/issues in projects, escalating to senior HR leadership as needed and provide regular process updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure project outputs meet quality standards through testing and review phases.
- Partner with PeopleXD to develop a strategic roadmap for system enhancements, collaborating regularly with the Account Manager and Customer Success Manager to stay updated on new functionalities and best practices.
- Analyse how PeopleXD integrates with existing HR processes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and exploring further integration opportunities to enhance process flow.
- Work with HR stakeholders and end-users to gather feedback on system usage, prioritising enhancements that improve user experience and align with HR goals.
- Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure users are fully equipped to maximise system capabilities.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency and compliance with relevant regulations within PeopleXD, implement regular checks and audits to maintain high data standards and provide insights to assist in strategy development HR Operations Manager – Required Skills - Project Management certification (PRINCE2) is essential - Proven experience in HR project management, ideally with a background of HRIS management - HR, tech and projects experience gained from any sector, retail experience isn't essential - Expertise in HR systems (PeopleXD experience preferred) with a strong understanding of HR processed and best practice - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting - A full UK driving license is required for occasional travel to manufacturing sites.
