**Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team based in Barton-upon-Humber. As HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing HR initiatives and optimising the PeopleXD HRIS to support strategic HR goals. This role involves leading HR projects from start to finish, including process improvements, policy updates, and employee engagement.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead HR projects from planning to execution, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and alignment with strategic HR goals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resources, ensuring effective project delivery.
- Analyse how PeopleXD integrates with existing HR processes, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in HR project management, ideally with a background of HRIS management.
- Expertise in HR systems (PeopleXD experience preferred) with a strong understanding of HR processes and best practice.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
**What We Offer:**
