Credit Controller Opportunity

An exciting role has arisen for a Credit Controller to join a well-established business in their sector. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chasing overdue debts by phone, email, and letter to reduce debtor days
  • Ensure the Sales Ledger system runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Accurate processing of all cash receipts in a timely manner
  • Posting payments
  • Coding, inputting, and allocating BAC's when needed
  • Setting up new customer accounts on the system, including setting credit limits
  • Answering and resolving outstanding queries
  • Assist with other areas of the finance function when required
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in a similar Sales Ledger/Credit Control role in a busy environment
  • A good team player with the ability to build and maintain both colleague and client relationships
  • IT literate, including in Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
