My client is a regional leader in the electronics industry, organized into Defense and Aerospace (D&A), Digital Business, and Energy and Security business units in Saudi Arabia.

They are looking to hire an M&A Financial Analyst for a full-time position to play a critical role in evaluating and supporting mergers and acquisitions within the defense electronics and digital defense sectors. This role encompasses financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and financial reporting related to potential and completed transactions, ensuring strategic alignment and financial integrity across all M&A activities.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


The role:

  • Perform financial modeling and valuation for M&A targets, utilizing DCF, comparables, and LBO analysis.
  • Assist in financial due diligence by evaluating financial statements, assessing risks, and analysing investment returns.
  • Work on investment proposals, financial forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
  • Track cash flow, capital allocation, and the financial performance of acquired entities.


They are seeking a candidate with the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis, preferably within the defense or technology sectors.

The candidate will be willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. (expenses will be covered by the company)
