At dnata Travel Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Performance Analyst to join our team in Kingston. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with our Senior Managers to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will be responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting process, providing complex financial models that enable detailed, accurate, and timely delivery of plans and enable monitoring of performance.

As a Financial Performance Analyst, you will be a key stakeholder in the weekly trading forum, contributing commercial insight while identifying opportunities and risks to trading performance. You will also lead data-driven decision-making initiatives, providing reliable and accessible business data analytics and reporting.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a fully qualified accounting background, with strong post-qualification experience. You will also need to be a strategic thinker, able to visualize opportunities, re-engineer, and improve business processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also essential.
