Finance Manager, Senior Accountant

Your new company
A highly successful business services organisation is recruiting for a Finance Manager (Future FC) based in Hampton to support the Finance Director. This business is outperforming the market, has excellent customer retention, an innovative product offering, and a vibrant culture which encourages career development.
You will be working alongside and mentored by a passionate and enthusiastic Finance Director, who will help you grow and develop in the job to become a Financial Controller.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified Accountant with a passion to learn and develop. You will have strong accounting and controls experience. You will be happy to work 5 days in the office.

Key responsibilities
Assist the Finance Director in managing the financial performance of the company
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
