Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Administrator to join our team at British Land. As a key member of the Centre Management Team, you will be responsible for providing first-line support and being the main point of contact for the Centre and its associated building's occupiers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial administration support, including the provision of regular management accounts and exception reporting.
  • Manage business systems and support the formulation and management of financial budgets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Centre and its associated building's occupiers and stakeholders.
  • Support the Centre team with detailed analysis, portal queries, property management reporting, and other financial support.
  • Facilitate order production and liaise with the central finance team for invoice matching, processing, payments, and other intercompany charges and queries.
  • Provide procurement support for the team, assisting with supplier setup, contract processing, and adherence to procurement guidelines.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will have a strong understanding of financial control, accounting, and budgeting, as well as experience of working in a facilities, retail, or property management environment.
