About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Partner to join our team in Kingston. As a Lettings Partner, you will be responsible for driving sales and lettings growth, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve operational and financial results in your designated area
  • Develop and implement short, medium, and long-term initiatives to increase profitability
  • Ensure legal and commercial compliance within your area
  • Engage in local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Work independently and take responsibility for the brand's reputation
  • Collaborate with peers to build networks and relationships
  • Implement and ensure compliance of operational planning and financial control systems
  • Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and internal teams

Requirements

  • Proven track record in residential lettings, with a strong knowledge of the industry and its trends
  • Ability to work effectively unsupervised and as part of a team
  • Excellent customer service skills and a reputation for delivering outstanding service
  • Drive to earn and a willingness to work hard to achieve results
  • Continuous development and a passion for Spicerhaart's brands, values, and processes
  • Strong knowledge of Kingston and surrounding areas
  • Ability to build new client relationships, leverage existing relationships, and maximize revenue through quality instructions and book growth
  • Understanding of marketing and the marketing cycle, with the ability to build a close working relationship with our marketing and operations team
  • Strong presence in front of a camera and ability to engage with audiences
  • Ability to conduct the basics, including canvassing, prospecting, social media, video, 5-star reviews, and door knocking

What We Offer

  • Basic salary up to £24,000 per year (dependent on experience)
  • On-target earnings of £54,000 per year
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme
