We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as a Cluster People & Culture Business Partner. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our people strategy and culture within our stores.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with our store managers to develop and implement our people strategy and culture initiatives. This will include coaching and developing our retail management teams to deliver high performance through engaged and developed colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement people strategy and culture initiatives across multiple stores
- Coach and develop retail management teams to deliver high performance
- Provide strategic and consultative advice to store managers and in-store People and Culture teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal and compliance requirements
- Model Primark values and behaviours to create a positive and inclusive work environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven HR professional experience from a comparable background
- Excellent organisational skills, including ability to manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving, analytical and relationship-building skills
- Strong influencing and communication skills
