Job Description

We are seeking a Part Time Financial Analyst to join our team at KD Recruitment Limited. As a Part Time Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for producing the monthly management accounts, cashflow forecasting, profit and loss, pre payments and Accruals, managing and renegotiating all business insurances, managing the relationship with the bank and other stakeholders, reviewing the stock control process, providing regular reporting and maintaining the deadlines for posting, and reporting into the Financial Controller in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Producing the monthly management accounts
  • Cashflow forecasting
  • Profit and loss
  • Pre payments and Accruals
  • Manage and renegotiate all business insurances
  • Managing the relationship with the bank and other stakeholders
  • Reviewing the stock control process
  • Providing regular reporting and maintaining the deadlines for posting
  • Reporting into the Financial Controller in Europe

Requirements

  • Previous use of Sage 50 is advantageous
  • Experience of working in a Management Accountant or other Accountant position
  • Able to work on your own initiative
  • Problem solver with ideas to improve systems and processes
  • Manufacturing industry experience

Working Hours

  • Part time 20-25 hours a week
  • Carparking and easily commutable on the bus or train
  • Flexibility on working hours and some Hybrid could be an option
