**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Learning Management System (LMS) Coordinator you will be part of the Training Team and will be responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, operation, maintenance and support for the organisation’s Learning Management System. As such, you will be a result driven individual, with a passion for delivering business change effectively and efficiently.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support the coordination of the overall system administration of the LMS, including setting permissions, configurations, producing reports, uploading eLearning materials and monitoring usage.
- Support in further developing and customising the LMS to improve learning outcomes across the business
- Define user roles and create effective and accurate learning programmes
- Collaborate and assist with a variety of stakeholders in implementing and using the LMS in their areas
- Collaborate in making courses and course content functional in LMS
- Understand and fix LMS issues concerned with LMS design, infrastructure or configuration, being the first point of contact for any LMS related issues.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience of project management ideally related to education or technology.
- Good level of IT knowledge and the ability to develop in competence to use new software quickly
- Previous experience of working with Learning Management Systems (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced organisational and time management skills
- Ability to self-manage including effective time/diary management
- Excellent attention to detail
