In this role, you will assist in the delivery of quality leadership development eLearning for APi Group’s international (outside North America) businesses. This is an individual contributor role, that will have a significant influence on the business’ success, working alongside a team that is focused on directly supporting APi’s Enduring Purpose of “Building Great Leaders.”

The role will be a hybrid role, working three days out of our office located in Staines.

**Job Description**:
The primary goal of this role is to lead the effort in curating and managing a library of eLearning content, whilst supporting with the execution of the global leadership eLearning strategy.

**_ To do this you will:_**
- Identify and evaluate the utility of off-the-shelf leadership learning content, ensuring alignment with APi Group’s leadership language and philosophy.
- Procure online learning content from multiple vendors in all media formats.
- Evaluate potential content from a global perspective (culture, multi-lingual, etc.).
- Lead new vendor integration into Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Manage vendor relationships with content providers and seek out new relationships as appropriate.
- Develop and manage the promotion of eLearning programmes throughout the organisation
- Stay current on existing and emerging communication and eLearning methods and trends
- Trial new means to further generate interest in learning campaigns.
- Partner with LMS Administrator to deliver leadership development content.
- Capture metrics of learning programme efforts and learning material use, to improve and adjust future content and communication.

To be successful in this role you will:_**
- Possess an understanding of adult learning theory as applied to eLearning.
- Have experience with the administrative side of Learning Management Systems.
- Be passionate for leadership development and influencing the success of others.
- Possess the ability to build effective partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Be a self-motivated, tenacious problem solver with a high-quality orientation.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Have the ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects.
