We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join our team in the Newcastle office. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, and remortgages, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Liaising with existing referral partners and nurturing new relationships to drive business growth.
  • Verifying client IDs, drafting, and approving contracts, and raising relevant enquiries.
  • Dealing with enquiries raised by clients, providing clear and concise information.
  • Reporting to clients on title, searches, and mortgage progress.
  • Bringing files to conclusion, ensuring seamless transactions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong understanding of property law and regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with case management systems, Land Registry Portal, Help to Buy ISA, LMS, and lender exchange portals.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent client care skills, attention to detail, and effective communication at all levels.
  • A team player with a positive, enthusiastic, conscientious, and proactive approach.
