The Role: Take your legal career to the next level as part of our growing Real Estate department. As a Paralegal supporting the Plot Sales team, you'll manage residential property sales from start to finish, working closely with developers, buyers, and lenders.

This is a hands-on role where you will:

  1. Manage residential property sales from start to finish.
  2. Work with developers, buyers' lawyers, and lenders to ensure seamless transactions.
  3. Prepare and manage sale contract paperwork with precision.
  4. Handle post-completion tasks with attention to detail.
  5. Provide clients with regular progress updates.
  6. Conduct legal research to support key decisions.
  7. Support the wider Real Estate team when needed.

What You Bring: A proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for real estate law. Experience in residential or commercial property transactions is a plus.

Key Skills & Experience:

  1. Residential or commercial property transaction experience (desirable).
  2. Strong organisational and IT skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a caseload.
  3. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and all parties involved.
  4. Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
