Reception Operations Manager

Britannia Hotels is proud to offer a challenging and rewarding role for a skilled Reception Operations Manager in our Leeds location.
Estimated Salary: £27,500 - £32,500 per annum, based on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the front office, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. They will also be responsible for training and developing the front office team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operation of the front office, ensuring all systems are running smoothly
- Train and develop the front office team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
- Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in managing a front office team
- Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous
