We are seeking a highly organised and professional Front of House and Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our prominent building in Leeds City Centre.
As the first point of contact for all visitors and tenants, you will ensure a warm and professional welcome. You will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations, acting as a key point of contact for tenants and supporting building facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always presentable and reflective of our company standards
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Oversee day-to-day building operations, ensuring that facilities are maintained to a high standard
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for building maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the building
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will assist the wider team remotely, managing our client's portfolio of buildings via a helpdesk system. This will involve responding to tenant requests and queries for multiple sites, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in front-of-house, facilities management, or a similar role, ideally within a commercial property environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing contractors, engineers, and service providers
- Proficiency in using Teams & Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
