Hotel Front Office Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Reception Manager at The Leeds Bradford hotel.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

The ideal candidate will be responsible for running the busy reception desk in a professional manner with customer service at the forefront. This includes managing and training the front office team, maximising revenue and minimising loss within the Department, and ensuring all monies, floats and accounts are managed effectively.
About the Role:
- Operational involvement with checking guests in and out
- Supporting other departments and being part of the Duty Manager Rota
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, be well-presented and punctual, and have a keen eye for detail. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
