We are looking for an experienced Head of Customer Experience to join our team at One Utility Bill in Newcastle. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading our customer service team and developing strategies to drive exceptional customer satisfaction and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service management or a similar role, with a proven track record of people management and coaching. You'll also possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
