About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional customer-focused individual to drive success in our organisation. As a key team member, you will take ownership and accountability for delivering outstanding customer experiences through tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered, demonstrating empathy by understanding and addressing customers' concerns.
- To proactively identify opportunities to add value to customer relationships, collaborate with the team to drive success, and share knowledge and ideas.
- To adapt communication style to suit individual customers' needs, thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, and continuously seek feedback and self-improve to enhance the customer experience.
- To provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and possess exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- To work as a team player with a desire to learn from others, knowledgeable of customer business needs, motivated by teamwork and resolving tasks and issues, and maintain high ethics and standards.
Your Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a hybrid working environment.
- Troubleshooting and technical support experience is essential, with a strong understanding of customer business needs.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, adaptable communication style, and continuous learning.
- Team player with a desire to learn from others, motivated by teamwork and resolving tasks and issues, and maintaining high ethics and standards.
